The idea is to try and encourage men to talk to each other about mental health and break the stigma. People need to share how they actually feel, listen to each other and support each other. I wanted to keep the message and layout simple and easy to understand and wanted to avoid the dark imagery usually associated with mental health campaigns and really grab the viewers attention. The neon colours and warped text are taken from images of brain scans and used to draw much needed attention to the subject while also representing that these are questions that are thought about but should be talked about.
